All loan applications are subject to our assessment criteria and approval process. Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your loan application. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application or termination of any existing loan agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of your financial data. Any confidential information shared with us will be protected in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
You retain all rights to your data and confidential information. We will only use such data to provide our services and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
All fees and charges will be clearly disclosed in your loan documentation before you commit to any agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your loan agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridging Loans Brisbane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
