What we collect when you enquire, who we pass it to, and how to access, correct or delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Effective 9 August 2026We collect only what we need to understand your enquiry and refer you to a suitable finance provider. We don't run credit checks, we don't sell your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
This policy applies to Bridging Loans Brisbane and to every form, phone call and email through which we deal with you.
We are an information and enquiry service. We do not provide credit and we do not assess loan applications — we refer enquiries to independent finance providers. Once you deal with one of those providers, its own privacy policy also applies to the information you give it.
We keep this deliberately minimal. Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
Your name, phone number and email address What you need finance for, the amount and your timeframe The suburb or general location of the property involved Anything else you choose to tell us in your message or on a call Website analytics data such as pages visited, device type and cookie identifiersWe do not obtain credit reports or credit scores, and we do not ask for identification documents, bank statements, tax returns or account numbers through this website. If a finance provider needs those, it will collect them from you directly under its own privacy policy and consent.
Please don’t send sensitive financial documents through our enquiry form.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your situation, refer you to a finance provider that suits it, follow up on that referral, and improve our service.
Providing your details is voluntary. If you don’t provide them, we may not be able to help with your enquiry.
We may share your information with:
The finance provider or providers we refer your enquiry to, with your consent Our service providers, including email, hosting, phone and CRM providers A professional you have asked us to liaise with, such as your broker, accountant or conveyancer Regulators, courts or other parties where required or authorised by lawIf you enquire, we may follow up about your enquiry and occasionally send you related information. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by replying or calling us. We do not sell or rent your details to third parties for their own marketing.
We hold your information in secure electronic systems with access restricted to people who need it, and our website forms transmit over an encrypted connection.
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the purpose above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Some of our service providers, such as email and cloud hosting, may store data on servers outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days at no charge.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
